AC3 partners with ServiceNow in New Zealand
AC3, an Elite ServiceNow partner and a leading secure cloud services provider, is the latest partner to enter the ServiceNow ecosystem in New Zealand.
AC3 is already established in the New Zealand market, with an office in Auckland supporting customers like Radium and Laybuy on their digital transformation and cloud journeys. The addition of ServiceNow services to their portfolio is designed to continue to build on the value AC3 delivers to its customer by living their purpose of ‘making technology real’.
AC3 has the credentials to deliver, being identified as a Rising Star in ISG’s Provider Lens™ evaluation for ServiceNow Ecosystem Partners Quadrant Report for ServiceNow Implementation and Integration Services, Australia – April 2022. ISG classifies a rising star as a partner that has “promising portfolios or the market experience to become a Leader, including the required roadmap and adequate focus on key market trends and customer requirements.”
In addition, AC3 is already delivering value to the market. A recent engagement with a New Zealand Government agency saw an initial current state assessment of their ServiceNow® instance result in the identification of multiple initiatives to improve operational maturity for IT, HR and other shared services functions. This has also resulted in an engagement to migrate Asset Management capabilities from Cherwell to ServiceNow. These activities are helping the agency to improve service management capabilities and leverage their existing ServiceNow investment.
